One of the more notable characteristics of many a comic book superhero is their determination and single-mindedness. In the face of adversity they vanquish villains and overcome obstacles against all the odds in order to save the day. As part of the Pant of the Outside ™ experience the teams that we work with get to do this for real.
The point could be made here that commonly Superheroes are lonesome souls who use their Powers to succeed and often don’t need others in their struggle for success.
Questions might be asked about their ability to collaborate well if required to work with each other as part of a team? Would Spiderman be an effective team player if he joined up with Batman and Robin? Or how would the Fantastic Four perform if they were hooked up with The X-Men? Would they be able to recognise their own and others strengths and capabilities in order to defeat the bad guys? Or would conflicting superpowers get in the way of things? It’s an intriguing thought.
At Superhero HQ we are totally convinced that bringing a collection of talented individuals together to work as a team is a winning formula. The recently released Avengers movie which brought a team of individual Superheroes to work together seems to suggest the same thing.
The director, Joss Whedon, has had this to say about it: “Ultimately these people don’t belong together and the whole movie is about finding yourself from within a community. And finding that you not only belong together but you need each other, very much.”
Leaving nothing to chance when unleashing Business Superheroes, the Pants On The Outside™ experience gives team members the opportunity to work together to create their own Superhero adventure, to reveal their inner Super Hero, vanquish their business villains and overcome the obstacles they face. Highly skilled facilitators bring the learning to life wrapped neatly around an absolutely brilliant movie making experience!
We even think it could help renowned villains like Catwoman and The Riddler work in harmony!
At World Of Learning we will premiere examples of the movies we make at Pants On The Outside™. We hope you’ll pay us a visit at Stand D190 at the NEC on 2-3 October. In the meantime if you’ve not had a peek at our trailer then hop over to http://www.pantsontheoutside.com and take a look – we think you’ll like what you see!
